Boarding School
One of the former street kids John has been discipling is named Adam. He is on the left in the picture. Recently we had the chance to send him and 3 other former street kids to boarding school about 4 hours away from Lusaka. John went to visit him last week and he is doing well. Adam even wants John to come for parents' day! In Zambia because people are so poor, sponsorships are the major way for children to complete school through 12th grade. We hope by sponsoring him to help Adam go as far in life as he can. His aspiration is to become an accountant.

Way cool! Does the money for that come out of the mission's fund or out of your own personal monies? I hope it's something the mission is doing because I think it's a great idea! -skm
